Works are now complete on the new Brightater Hotel which is now The modern building is located right on Brightwater lake and will provide an upmarket space for residents and locals to enjoy the beautiful waterside location which enjoying a drink and a meal.
The new hotel has underground parking for 100 cars, a kids play room with 5 play stations, plasma TV and more, a public bar, TAB and Keno facilities, pool tables and a waterfront deck. There will also be a private dining room with seating for 30 guests, a fireplace and waterfront deck access. The new hotel will be open 7 days and serve breakfast on Sundays.
Shops and local businesses
The Brightwater marketplace is now open and thriving with doors open at the ALDI supermarket, the Brightwater Medical Centre, Brightwater Chemart Pharmacy and Boston Coffee House. Also just open is a 24-hour Stepz Gym, a hair and beauty salon, clothing and home-wares store, a bottle shop, a British themed fish and chip shop and physiotherapist.
Schools and Childcare
Living at Brightwater you don’t need to worry about where to send your children to either day care or school, because the residential community has its own state school and early learning centre. Both the Bella Grace Early Learning Centre and Brightwater State School are thriving.
If you love the beach, then you will love Brightwater’s quick access to Mooloolaba beach via Manatunga Parade.
